How to use SEO to get your website noticed?
As an important aspect of digital marketing, SEO is the factor of being able to use your strategies to get your new or existing website noticed.
When getting noticed by search engines, your website is a huge factor for your business. With this, sometimes there is a difficulty in getting your website noticed, so here are some factors to use SEO to improve your site.
So, how do you use search engine optimisation to get your website noticed?
1. Remove Old Blog Posts.
When looking at your content marketing, removing old blog posts that aren’t relevant or are out of date, will help the search engines crawl and show the relevant content to people searching for the specific keywords of which your content appears.
As one of the factors which google and other search engines are looking at is bounce rate, this will help your SEO as it will decrease the bounce rate on your website.
On your website, if there is a lot of old content, which is either out of date or there are important aspects of that blog which isn’t contextually important, remove the content from the website.
But, and this is a big but. When removing content, whether landing pages or blogs, ensure you place 301/302 redirects, because it is important to ensure that you don’t have 404 on links on your website.
